FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

A private consultation begins with a $250 design retainer, fully credited toward your project upon continuation. All payments for services are due as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Fees for completed consultations or delivered services are non-refundable. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be requested in writing within 24 hours of your scheduled session.
